It is located in the unrivalled setting of Cortijo Peinado, in Fuente Vaqueros (Granada), thanks to the invaluable collaboration of the Provincial Council of Granada. Since 1995 we have been providing reproductive support both to breeders belonging to the Selective Nucleus and to other breeders specialising in dairy goats.

Our laboratory is equipped with the most avant-garde equipment to guarantee the entire process of elaboration of the genetic material: the extraction of seminal doses, quality control, packaging and storage of genetic material. All this allows us to guarantee the highest quality and health for our livestock members and anyone who is interested in taking a further step in reproductive management and genetic improvement of their livestock.

Manuel Delgado Vico
Veterinarian from the University of Cordoba. Technician in charge of the Breeding Programme. With more than 15 years of experience at the head of the Caprigran Breeding Programme.
María Pía Peláez Caro
Veterinarian and PhD student at the University of Cordoba. Head of Centro de Selección y Mejora del Caprino Andaluz (CAPRIGEN). Experience in Reproductive Techniques and Animal Health.
Saskia Fernández Pérez de Navarro
Biologist specialized in Animal Production from the University of Granada. Caprigen Lab Technician. Experience in production techniques, processing and storage of genetic material./p>
